Multiverse create a portal

To create a portal:

Select an area with the wooden axe (WorldEdit required) and create a portal:

/mvp create portal1

Select a different area with the wooden axe (WorldEdit required) and create a second portal pointing to the first one:

/mvp create portal1 p:portal2

Point the first portal to the second one

/mvpselect portal1
/mvpmodify dest p:portal2
